Join us for a hands-on journey into Cretan traditions! We’ll begin with a warm welcome over local tea or coffee before diving into the art of kneading dough. You’ll shape your own bread, then let it rise while we prepare a variety of Cretan appetizers, including cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, local cheese, veggie pies, and Cretan-style tzatziki (xygalo).

What we’ll do:

  • Bake bread in a traditional oven.

  • End with a dessert of local cheese pie drizzled with honey.
