Starting from Agios Nikolaos, this cultural experience takes you through charming local villages, stunning landscapes, and places full of history.

Our first stop is the traditional village of Kritsa, one of the oldest and most picturesque villages in the area. Enjoy a walk & short coffee break while experiencing everyday Cretan village life.

After we will stop in a traditional technician to visit his place and feel the vibe!

We then continue to a scenic viewpoint overlooking the beautiful Mirabello Valley before visiting the town of Neapoli. Here you can taste, coffee, wine or a traditional local drink such as Soumada or Kanelada, refreshing flavors loved by locals.

Along the way we pass through the peaceful villages of Kastelli, Fourni, Dories and Karydi before visiting the historic Areti Monastery, a quiet monastery with beautiful views of Mirabello Bay.

The tour ends with a stop in Plaka village at a seaside cafe for a drink and then we will visit the historic Elounda Salt Pans, once used for salt production and today a unique coastal landscape in Elounda.

Throughout the tour you’ll hear stories about local traditions, village life, and the history of eastern Crete.
