We begin in the village of Limnes with a walk through its quiet streets and a visit to an olive oil factory, where you'll learn about one of Crete's most important traditions.
Passing through the historic town of Neapoli, once the capital of the region, you'll discover how life in the Cretan countryside has evolved over the years.
A special highlight is a visit to my family's traditional house, built in 1870. Step back in time and learn how local families lived, worked, and preserved their traditions for generations.
After we will travel through remote villages and beautiful landscapes before arriving in Potami village. Here, we'll visit a shepherd's home, learn about traditional cheese making, and enjoy a tasting of seasonal local products.
